At BLI, we ask the hard questions in a respective and helpful way to discover what you want through our services, the challenges that your organization is facing, and your organization’s capacity to implement change that may result from the consulting process. We ask the hard questions because we are committed to seeing your organization succeed. Many consultants are willing to lead your board and staff through a rote planning process. In our experience, these kinds of sessions do little for the organization and are discouraging to participants—many of whom become skeptics of any kind of organizational planning process. |
